I’ve been so excited to write this post for quite some time now, but since blogging comes lower on the totem-poll-list-of-to-do’s, it hasn’t happened until now.
A few years ago, a handful of some of the area’s best wedding photographers banded together to form Lulu Weddings, a guide of Seattle’s best wedding vendors. I know, you’re thinking, “Guide schmide. Another wedding guide. Whoopdeedoo,” but what makes this website unique is that the vendors don’t pay to be on the site. In fact, vendors are nominated and added by the Lulu photographers based on great customer service, the photographers’ own industry experience with each vendor at past weddings, and the quality of products that each vendor offers. Really, it’s more of a personal list of favorites that these gals want to share with brides and grooms as they’re looking for solid, proven vendors and great advice and referrals.
A few months ago, I was asked if I would like to join these lovely ladies, and I was so excited to say yes! I’ve known most (if not all!) of these gals for years, so it was an honor to be officially added. Check out the newly updated site, and over the next few months, keep checking back, as we’re doing a mini-overhaul, updating and freshening our favorite vendors and ideas.
And maybe, just maybe, if you’re lucky, we’ll have a blog 😉
