One muddy, overcast day this Spring, Aisling and Ben and I set out to make some fun portraits, get to know each other before their Orcas Hotel wedding, and snap some fun images for their save-the-date postcards they were fixin’ to have me design.
It was like a scene out of Twilight- the mud, the dank air from the surrounding swamp, everything bathed in pale blue light, the gloom, the love. But just then, you can hear their laughter, the excitement of their late-summer-wedding get-together-weekend eminating from every word and giggle.
(we’ve agreed our favorite part of this image is the big bird’s next above their heads!)
Can’t wait to meet your friends and families if they’re even half as cool as you guys. Til then!
