Okay, not really WITH pirates, but they were definitely present. Big canon booms and loud whoops surrounded us in Pioneer Square, where Beth, Jon, and I met up for some fun Getting To Know You portraits (a.k.a. engagement photos). Among outdoor art exhibits and pirate ships on wheels, we had a good time gallivanting around and exploring the alleys, storefronts, and finally headed off to Seattle’s Alki Beach for some snuggles. They met salsa dancing, and plan to infuse parts of the love for South American culture (where Jon’s family is from) into their wedding at Willows Lodge in October! I’m looking forward to photographing it…. I’m hoping and praying to the dance gods that there will be lotsa Salsa!
