- The third annual Urban Unveiled. A night of high-end bridal showery including top vendors, super hot fashion show, and nibbles by some of Seattle’s best caterers.
- Girl Power Hour, a networking event for ladies in business, is holding their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Event today (Oct 15th) at the Duque Salon in Ballard. The awesomest part: the GPH pink event will be featuring Get Hitched Give Hope as their FEATURED CHARITY! Part of the proceeds from items purchased at Duque will be donated to Get Hitched, Give Hope, so come on down! I’ll see you there!

- Hotel Monaco, a luxury boutique hotel reminiscent of the ancient Greek seaports, presents an open house for brides and grooms to tour the facilities and meet with some of their favorite vendors. Brought to you by Fine Line Management & Events, it will feature Ravenna Bloom, Calla Bridal, Glassy Baby, izzy girl, Seattle Parties, Tallant House, L&M Chair Covers, Pedersen’s, Julep, and yours truly. Stop on in, have some snacks, check out some vendors, and meander over to say hi!

- Get Hitched, Give Hope. Put on your party shoes to meet some of Seattle’s best vendors, bid on items for your wedding and get some GREAT deals, win a raffle or two, and have a grand ol’ time in the flip book booth!!! Tickets are on sale now (get yours before they sell out! the swag bags this year are awesome!!!). Proceeds go to the Making Memories Foundation to grant wishes for Stage 4 breast cancer patients. Can you really think of a better way to spend a Thursday night? (because you can TIVO Flash Forward and Grey’s Anatomy, ya know! I am 😉
